Harry Stoner lived and was active in New York and Ohio and exhibited in American watercolor society ,New York watercolor club and Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts and Philadelphia Watercolor Club.
Dimensions: 42" X 42"
Condition: Some paint flaking and old water damage seen in upper left corner and reverse. Stretcher slightly bent. Restoration needed.
